Downsizing: Finding A Home That Fits
Boomerangs, Zoomers, Huddlers and Ruppies. The boomer generation is redefining retirement, and recent economic changes are making things even more interesting. Many boomers who are thinking about retirement are asking themselves questions similar to these: Should I stay in my home or move to something more affordable? Does a reverse mortgage make sense for me? Is this a good time to buy the next home, or a vacation home? Should I own or rent when I retire? What housing choices are available that I would like? Where can I live more affordably? How can I live move comfortably where I am? What kids of properties will appreciate faster in the future? Join us to discuss some answers to these questions, and more! The instructor is a Senior Real Estate Specialist and has been in the real estate business for 16 years. Taught by Greg Bartell.
